Operations Manager

We are looking for an Operations Manager that likes to multi task and perform a variety of duties.
The ideal candidate should be able to pay attention to detail and be self-motivated.



Experience preferred


  • Monitoring costs and expenses to assist in budget preparation

  • Creating and updating records and databases with personnel, financial and other data

  • Managing contract and price negotiations with office vendors, service providers and arrange
    office leases

  • Keeping abreast of all organizational changes and business developments

  • Guiding knowledge management tasks (creation, acquisition, storage and reuse of information and processes)

  • Supervising office management tasks


  • Organizational and planning skills with the ability to prioritize and multi-task

  • Attention to detail and problem solving skills

  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, in particular)

  • Proficient in Professional English (C2 level)

  • Strong interpersonal skills

  • Creativity and ability to suggest improvements
